In this self-defence DVD you will find an application of the Kajukenbo in urban situation, filmed in the streets, in every day clothing. To ensure that we could keep as natural as possible, the makers didn’t rehearse the moves beforehand. This way of working guaranteed three things: Adaptativity, Reactivity, Explosiveness. Certain attack/response sequences were repeated to show slight variations, so that the reactions were more instinctive than technical. Luis Diaz and Jonathan Diaz are the technical directors of Kajukenbo for France. Both are students of Master Angel Garcia,the official successor of Master Sijo Emperado, deceased in 2009 at the age of 93 years old. 1.
