Krav Maga is based on two pillars: self-defense and combat. In general, self defense gets the most important place. If practitioners only want to work on self defense, the basic program is enough, but if you really want to be all-round, the combat aspect is also very important.

Example: During an attack, you have failed to neutralize your opponent on the first defence movement; then a fight will begin. If you do not have knowledge (even basic) of fighting, you may lose the advantage and incur serious consequences. It is therefore important to control these two aspects.

In our work objective, one does not go without the other.
