In this program Jeff Espinous performs defenses against grappling, punching, grab with punch, choking, hairgrab and kicks. After demonstrating different principles and the do's and don'ts of the situation, he shows the techniques with a lot of variations and in everyday situation. At the end you will see streetfighting applications in a corridor and at a bar. You will be thrilled by this DVD! Jeff Espinous is instructor in several styles, mainly Kick Boxing, and Kali/Jeet-Kune-Do (he is certified under Guro Ted Lucaylucay). He is instructor from the European Kali Arnis Eskrima Federation and in Sinawali/Dequerdas from the Inayan Eskrima system. He now also is the actual president of the EKAEF and president of the FFFKAE (Federation Francaise de Filipino Kali Arnis Eskrima) Johan Skålberg is 2nd Dan in Jujitsu and 3rd Dan in Modern Arnis. He is also a certified instructor in Inayan Eskrima and in Kali/Sikaran. In 1993 he became European Champion in both single- and double-stick full-contact fighting. In 1994 he became World champion in the light-heavyweight division of the World Eskrima Kali Arnis Federation.
