Shihan Bertrand Kron, many times finalist of the European Kata Kyokushinkai Championship, official kata instructor at the European Kyokushinkai summer camp of the INSEP of Holland in Papendal, introduces you to basic katas (5 Pinan), higher basic katas (Tsuki no Kata, Yantsu, Geksai Dai, Geksai Sho, and Saiha), and higher advanced katas (Seiienchin, Garyu, Seipai, Kanku, and Sushi Ho). Each Kata is presented in slow motion under different angles, and then explained. Each sequence is demonstrated in concrete application (Bunkai).
