Kyu Hyung Lee is one of the highest-ranking Taekwondo masters in the world and one of the most revered Poomsae instructors in the history of Taekwondo. He was the head of the 1988 Olympic Taekwondo Demonstration team and the Korean Team manager for the First World Taekwondo Poomsae Competition. From 1973 to 2005, he was the head of the internationally famous Midong Elementary School Demonstration team who has performed for royalty and heads of state around the world. From 1989 to 2005, he was the head of the Korean National Taekwondo Demonstration team. He holds a Ph.D. in physical education, 9th Dan black belt in Taekwondo and a WTF International Referee S (Special) class license. Currently he is a professor at Keimyung University in Daegu, South Korea. Sang H.
